I am a neurophysiologist, bodybuilder, and recipe developer passionate about helping others create a healthy & sustainable non-restrictive lifestyle!


I strive to help people of all ages understand that healthy eating doesn’t have to be time consuming, boring, or bland. You can eat your favorite foods (without all the excess calories) by creating a healthier version that fits your tastes & lifestyle!

 

My overall goal is to inspire people to become the best versions of themselves & that begins with your health. Food is your fuel! It is important to feed your body right so you can be healthy, happy, and well for years to come!

  • I also take clients for meal planning. My plans are created for your specific caloric needs, a step by step instruction guide for each meal recipe, & a grocery list with all items you will need to create your meals. I am also available for consultation to answer any questions you may have during the process.
